At Vaish College, Bhiwani, he pursued his college education, followed by attaining his M.A. and M.Phil. degrees in Economics from Maharshi Dayanand University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Kurukshetra University. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue various diploma courses and certifications from national and international institutes, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Management and Industry Relations, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource, Diploma in Training & Development, and journalism & Mass Communication, among others. Additionally, Dr. Verma delved into the study of law and earned an MBA, reflecting his relentless pursuit of learning.
Dr.Verma’s professional journey began in the Human Resource Department, and his consistent demonstration of leadership and dedication propelled him up the corporate ladder.In 2000, he was transferred to Delhi,where he assumed the position of Corporate Affairs in Jindal Steel & Power. In the pivotal in the 2007,Dr. Verma received an offer from the esteemed Aditya Birla Group,compelling him to make the decision to the organization as Deputy General Manager and over the period of time rose to the position of Sr.Vice President of Group Corporate Affairs & Head Regularity Affairs,HINDALCO.

Honored twice at the group level and recognized as the Exceptional Contributor – Chairman Individual Award by Group Chairman, Aditya Birla Group, Shri Kumar Mangalam Birla, his achievements have garnered international acclaim as well. Notably, Dr. Verma received an award in the Parliament of London and was the recipient of the Economic Times Inspiring Leaders Award 2023, presented by the Hon’ble Governor of Haryana, Shri Bandaru Dattatreya. Together, they have raised two accomplished children, Vaishali S Verma (working with Consultancy Firm, London) and Divyanshu K Verma, specialising in Product Design, London, both excelling in their respective fields. Dr. Verma attributes his success to the values instilled by his father, such as honesty, commitment, and hard work, as well as the guidance and mentorship he received from influential figures like Naveen Jindal, Chairman (Jindal Steel), and the Aditya Birla Group.
