Without a doubt. The song that truly propelled me into the spotlight was ‘Krishna Hai Vistar,’ the mesmerizing title track of the ‘Radha Krishna’ serial on Star Bharat. This song became an overnight sensation, not only capturing the hearts of the audience but also garnering attention from prominent celebrities.

Certainly. Working on TV series such as ‘Porus’ and ‘Radha Krishna’ was both exhilarating and challenging. These projects marked my early days in Mumbai and came with their own set of uncertainties. Collaborating with esteemed composers like Surya Raj Kamal ji and Bharat Kamal, I had to rise above my own nerves and deliver performances that resonated with the essence of the shows. Throughout my 6-year journey in the industry, I have been fortunate to encounter minimal criticism. The few instances of negativity that have come my way have been brushed aside, allowing me to stay focused on my creative path.

To the budding talents participating in reality shows, my message is simple yet profound. Believe in your abilities, remain confident, and consistently give your best. Recognition may not happen overnight, but the dedication you invest in your art will eventually lead you to the spotlight.
How do you feel about singing classical songs compared to contemporary Bollywood tracks?
Classical music holds a special place in my heart, having been trained since childhood. It enriches my singing style and allows me to infuse depth into my renditions. Singing Bollywood tracks becomes a harmonious fusion when grounded in classical training, making it a joyful experience.

While every live performance is a unique experience, performing at the ‘Gunj Mahotsav’ in Ranchi before a colossal audience of 100,000 stands out. The energy and connection with the crowd left an unforgettable mark on my musical journey.

Certainly. A memorable chapter in my journey was collaborating with the legendary music director ‘Rajesh Roshan ji’ for a Bengali movie. Among the multitude of composers, Mithoon Sharma holds a special place as my favorite. His compositions have an enchanting quality that resonates deeply with my soul, creating a profound impact.

Undoubtedly, my maternal uncle, ‘Dilip Saxena,’ has played a pivotal role in my journey. His unwavering support, along with the collective encouragement of my family, has been instrumental in shaping my career.
