I would love to work more and more and keep entertaining people
Which was your first feature film that gave you recognition as an actor? What character did you play?
My first film was Beauty Spot later the name was changed to Abra ka Dabra. I also received Dadasaheb film festival best actress award for the film.
Why you chose acting as a career? Who has been your inspiration?
It’s my childhood dream. My childhood dreams inspire me.
Please tell us about your success journey from initial stage of career to being a recognized actor in the main stream of Bollywood?
I have been working hard since the day I came to Mumbai. Also have been blessed enough to showcase my talent and I got love from everywhere. I would love to work more and more and keep entertaining people.
You have played the lead role in the feature film “The Lost Girl.” How challenging it was for you to play this character?
Yes.
This particular role was quite challenging for me as the entire story revolves around Suhani. She is the backbone of the film and it is completely performance based story. So yes, I tried to give my best.
How was your experience shooting for “The Lost Girl” with co-artists? How satisfied are you with your performance?
It was great shooting time.
I am quite satisfied with my performance. As I remember I literally had high fever during the shoot and despite that I did my best by taking medicine and shooting.
What are the best qualities you find in Aditya Ranoliya, the director of the film ‘The Lost Girl’?
The best quality about him is that he is very organised and understanding. He understands the fact that why and what he is doing which is very very important.
Who gave you the chance in the film “The Lost Girl” & how?
I cracked it through the audition and looktest.
Do you think that Lost Girl story will inspired many people & and how you got inspired from this movie and your character?
If I talk about myself I am the one who has always followed her dreams, fought for her own dreams, similarly suhani in this film wants to be a writer and he get successful in achieving her dreams because of her family support and dedication so yes I definitely think this will inspire people all around.
What is the significance of struggle period in your professional career in the field of acting?
It kept on boosting my morale to keep working hard more and more.
Your music albums are much appreciated by the audience. Which is your own favorite music album?
My favourite album is going to release soon but till now out of all the music videos I have done I guess “Tumse Shuru“ song I like personally.
Please tell us about your TV serial and the lead role in “Thapki Pyar Ki” (season 2). How much it was appreciated by the audience?
I joined the show in between and it’s very very difficult for the audience to accept new face as a lead because they are already connected to one particular face for a long time.
It was definitely very challenging for me but I was mesmerised by the acceptance and love the people gave me. Within week’s time people accepted me and showered their love. And literally a big hug and love for all their love.
In Bollywood Industry, one has to face a lot of criticism also, what is your experience? How do you deal with it?
Everyone has to go through that and I guess every person deals in one’s own way.
What are the attractions of your forthcoming web series “Night School”? What character are you playing in this webseries ?
I am playing the character of a small town girl who works in a travel company. She has a backyard where after her job she teaches all the nearby childrens who cant afford to go school.
In your career, who supported you the most?
My family.
Are you an introvert or an extrovert by nature?
Introvert but extrovert with my people.
You are always fit and energetic, What is the reason behind your fitness?
Good diet, staying motivated and staying focused
