Born and raised in a business-oriented family in Lucknow, Rashi’s affinity for entrepreneurship was innate. She laid the foundation for her education at La Martiniere Girl’s College and broadened her horizons during her later years at Army Public School, where she was exposed to diverse cultures.

Rashi’s strong-willed nature became evident early in life as she actively participated in fundraising and charitable initiatives at both her college and school. Rashi completed Bachelor of Arts from Avadh Girls’ Degree college, Lucknow .After completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from Lucknow University, she delved into a thesis on the terracotta industry. Her journey took a significant turn when she established her own unit in the village of Chinhat, Lucknow.

In addition to her business pursuits, Rashi is a multifaceted individual with proficiency in classical vocals, Bharatanatyam dance, and several accredited painting and ceramics courses from Lalit Kala Academy. She had the freedom to carve her own identity during her formative years.

Rashi is a qualified LAY COUNSELOR from National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Science, Bengaluru. Rashi is also on the Advisory panel of CBFC.

What is the biggest challenge for you to manage different digital platforms in your social media?

The greatest challenge we face in managing multiple digital platforms for our podcast production house is the need for tailored content across diverse platforms. Each social media platform has its unique audience and requirements. Ensuring a consistent brand message while adapting content to fit the specific format and user behaviour of each platform demands time and attention to detail

Furthermore, the ever-evolving nature of social media platforms with frequent algorithm changes and feature updates adds an extra layer of complexity. Staying current and optimizing our content strategy for these changes is a constant challenge.

Kyaa Matlab Network, an India-based Podcast ecosystem, is revolutionizing the podcasting landscape with its innovative approach to experiential learning through its Bite-Sized Podcasts. You are an established Podcaster. In your opinion what are the must have qualities of Podcaster to achieve success in this field?

As a seasoned podcaster, think there are a few essential traits that one needs to have in order to succeed in this industry. Primarily, having a strong enthusiasm for the topic you are podcasting about is crucial since it enhances your genuineness and draws in listeners. Engaging and connecting with your listeners requires effective communication skills, such as clear articulation and active listening. Other essentials include a strong work ethic for preparation and research as well as consistency in the delivery of content. The capacity to adjust to changing trends and a sincere desire to learn and develop your skill over time are the last qualities that will enable you to succeed in the dynamic world of podcasting.

You are social innovator, visionary. What are the main societal challenges for professional women’s in the present scenario?

In the modern world, professional women continue to face a number of significant obstacles. Despite its subtlety, gender bias still hinders career growth and equitable opportunity. It can be difficult to strike a work-life balance that permits career advancement while responding to family obligations. The continuing gender pay gap highlights differences in wages for equivalent employment. A difficult task, breaking through the glass ceiling is made more difficult by the underrepresentation in leadership positions.

These thought leaders, innovators, and visionaries have been hand-picked to share their knowledge and experiences, offering our audience a special chance to learn and be inspired. We would like to issue a special invitation to businesses, asking them to take part in private interviews that will highlight their achievements and further our advocacy missions. How creative people are connecting with “ Kya Matlab Voice Network?”

My passion for podcasting and commitment to empowering my community have had a profound impact. My journey from being an avid podcaster to an educator resulted in the creation of Kyaa Matlab Voice Network, an online school dedicated to teaching the art of podcasting. Creative individuals have flocked to this platform, recognizing it as a valuable resource for honing their podcasting skills and making their voices heard. My initiative has fostered a dynamic and diverse community of podcast enthusiasts, showcasing how the creative spirit of people is thriving through the connection and learning opportunities provided by Kyaa Matlab Voice Network. My Workshops at IIM’s institutes and Book my Show are a hit.

What is your message for the society from your book “ STOTRA?

“STOTRA” initiative, which draws inspiration from the Sanskrit word meaning “ode, eulogy, or hymn of praise.” This initiative is a collaboration between Ra by Rashi Foundation and GURUKULAM-The Shloka and artist SHIRI MEHRA. Its purpose is to enhance awareness about art and traditions.

The concept behind this initiative is to view a STOTRA as a form of artistic expression or conversation. It can be a simple painting or artwork that conveys praise and personal devotion to a deity or encompasses spiritual and philosophical principles, as created by the children at GURUKULAM.

One significant outcome of this initiative is the publication of a Coffee Table Book that will feature the selected artworks. This publication not only recognizes your talent but also adds to your educational accomplishments at a young age, helping you build a strong profile and showcasing your artistic achievements.
