Two things one must possess to reach high growth & success in life?
Success may have different meaning for each one of us. However it is not something one can attain without putting in the effort. High aspirations and hard work is a must to achieve anything. Big dreams are the first step on the path to great accomplishments.
Settings smart goals, staying committed to your plans, and keeping yourself in right company plays an equally important role to achieve your dreams.
Two things which inspired you to establish a healthcare company?
I wanted to create something that can improve people’s lives and have a long lasting impact. What better than improving healthcare.
My doctorate research was my first step in the digital health domain. During my research I realized the potential of digitization to improve global accessibility, affordability and quality of healthcare worldwide, especially in under developed and developing countries. This prompted me to enter this domain and start a healthcare technology company.
Two best features of your healthcare technology company?
We enable healthcare organizations to serve their patients better.
Through our telemedicine service we connect patients and doctors and help patients achieve best quality healthcare from the comfort of their homes saving time at both patient and doctor’s end.
Two things important for public private partnership for long term business relations?
Worldwide recent years have seen a marked increment in collaboration between the public and private sectors for the development and operation of infrastructure for a wide range of economic activities. This is majorly driven by fund raising requirements and also to increase the quality and efficiency of public services. However, it must be remembered that such schemes are also complex to design, implement and manage. In my opinion, for long term sustainability of public private partnerships, the two most important and fundamental ground are:
Protecting the public interest and maximizing value added.
Ensuring open market access and fair competition.
Since my childhood I enjoyed participating in elocution, debate, poetry competitions at school and university level. Even though public speech can be terrifying, requires research and preparation, yet I loved it and wanted to do more. The primary motivation for me is that public speaking gives a chance to share my ideas with a large number of people, stand out in the crowd, and get visibility and exposure.
The second reason is the thrill it entails.
Fall in love with the problem you intent to solve through your company. Only then you can go far ahead with the solution.
Listen to the needs of end user at the bottom of the pyramid. Their requirements are very different from the urban population. Build businesses driven not by profits but by the impact they make.
I dared to listen to my heart and took risks in my professional life, left a cushiony job and chased my dreams. I am glad that as an entrepreneur I was able to create an impactful brand in a short span of time.
My writings, my publications. These are pieces of my heart and gained me the recognition I never dreamt of.Two best features of your poetry collection ” Kagaz pe phudakti gilheriyaan?”
It’s not regular rhyming, jamming, and mixing of words. The poems in this compilation are pure emotions and mirror of the world in and around us.
People say my writing evokes concealed emotions and provokes contemplation. I agree.
Two messages for Hindi lovers in Germany through your platform “Hindi ki paathshala?”
“Seekho, bolo bhashayein hazaar, par apni matrabhasha ke lie sada bana rahe pyaar”. “Saari bhashayein pyaari magar hindi se pyara kuch bhi nahi.” Being multilingual is great but knowing your mother tongue is a must.
Let’s ensure we pass on the heritage of our mother tongue to our next generation so that they stay connected to their roots.
Two things you always remember from your struggle period?
Days may look dark and nights darker. Struggle and hardships may seem never ending. With faith, however, we may conquer the darkness and achieve our life’s mission. Indeed happiness and joy can’t exist without struggle and pain. Success tastes much sweeter after a dose of failure. So never give up.
Don’t take things for granted. Always appreciate and be thankful for what we have. Never forget the individuals who supported and believed in you when the world turned against you.
Two things about people that annoy you?
The majority of people are ungrateful toward God and other people. Those who only approach me when they need something from me and then forget shortly thereafter not only irritate me, but also serve as a reminder not to do the same.
Everyone wants to talk about themselves—it’s just human nature. But those who just make every conversation about themselves really annoy me. We should learn to be not only a good speaker but a good listener as well.
Two things that motivate you in difficult times?
The life stories of exceptional people are always a wonderful source of inspiration. Inspiration is the catalyst that propels us ahead through adversity.
Recalling and reliving the moments of past successes catalyze, inspire and bring back the faith that failure is just a learning and with hard work and persistence tomorrow is going to be successful again. I always count my blessings, offer my thanks to god, family and friends for all I have and fear, anxiety, and anger goes away.
Two decisions of your life you never regret?
Pursuing doctorate despite all odds.
Leaving my corporate job and following my passion to be an Entrepreneur and Writer.
Two things you want to say for your critics?
I love you.
I will be eternally thankful to you for criticizing me, challenging me, and helping in my development.
Two values of life your parents have given you?
Passion and never give up attitude.
Virtue of hard work.

Berlin epitomizes open-mindedness, tolerance, creativity, and globalism — all of the characteristics that make it special, including its people and extraordinary diversity.
