Discipline.
Passion.
From a very young age i got the privilege to get the guidance of many eminent people which included the great freedom fighters of our nation. The ideologies i learnt from them. From my grandfather and parents was one of the main factors which inspired me to become a social worker and Activist.
I also believe that life moves in a cyclic motion whatever we receive from the almighty we should pass on to others, i was blessed to be born in a family where i received the privilege to choose the kind of life i wanted so it is my duty as a human being to try and provide opportunities and support to people who need them.
The pandemic caused a lot of damage and anxiety to our society. People suffered huge financial and personal loses, so it was quite challenging to arrange the funds.
Necessary permissions from respective authorities for carrying our different donation. Medical camps.
Education.
Healthcare.
For any Organization or group to run smoothly a strong bonding between the team members is very important. My primary focus is to make sure that my team runs smoothly, efficiently.
That proper aid is provided to people who genuinely need it.
The post- pandemic period has been quite challenging for everyone especially for people belonging to the unorganized workforce. Exploitation of daily wage workers and laborers are very common as there are not much rules in this sector and most people working in this sector are unaware of the law & order of our country. “Jai Jawaan Azad-E-Hind” helps such laborers by helping them get their hard earned money from their employers or contractors through legal path.
We also guide and educated them about there rights and work rules so that in future no one would be able to exploit them.
Two things most important for women empowerment in tribal areas of West Bengal?
The first thing which is a must for empowering a person is education. Proper and higher education should be accessible to every woman to form a empowered society.
We as a society should fight the prejudices against women. All human beings are equal irrespective of their gender, caste, religion, ethnicity, etc. it is the 21st century let’s not continue the claim that men are superior to women because i believe both are equal without anyone of them the world would lose its balance.
Two things you what to do for girl child education in tribal areas of West Bengal?
One of the most important things which should be available in every school is proper toilets and facilities for menstrual hygiene. Even today hundreds of girls drop out of school after they reach puberty because of the lack of menstrual hygiene products, proper education about their own body and the social prejudice against period.
In most tribal areas girls are married off at a very young age which not only stops their education but are also life threatening as their bodies are not matured enough to carry and deliver children which results in high mortality of young mothers in these areas.
Two expectations from West Bengal government for the education of underprivileged children?
A major problem in our state is Human trafficking. We share borders with different countries and states, every year lot of women and children fall victim to Trafficking. The government should enforce strict laws and security to prevent such things.
In tribal and village areas schools and hospitals are scarce compared to the cities. It gets very difficult for the people living their to get proper access to education and healthcare. I would also request the Government that the number of schools and hospitals should be increased.
Two of your most memorable moments of life you feel proud of?
One of the best feeling i have experienced is when the people who approached me and my team for help are happy and satisfied after getting the necessary help, specially when me and my team rescued five women from trafficking.
When my mother appreciates me for my work.

Two messages for the youth of West Bengal to serve the Nation?

Work for the betterment of the motherland.
As a Netaji Activist and relative of Bose Family do you think that his Mortal remains which rests in the Renkoji Temple should be brought back to India?
Yes, as a responsible citizen of Mother India i strongly believe that the mortal remains of the immortal hero of our motherland, the liberator of India should be brought back to his nation with the respect and grandeur he deserves. Netaji is a man who fought relentlessly for freeing the country from the British Raj and it is extremely sorrowful that even after 75 years of Independence the remains of him has not been brought back to his own land. I also request the government that a DNA test of the remains should be done with Smt. Anita Bose Pfaff the daughter of Netaji as soon as possible.
