The mental health of students is a pressing issue that requires the support and resources of educational institutions, parents, and policymakers Students today face numerous challenges, including academic pressure, social media and technology addiction, and a fast-paced lifestyle. These challenges can take a toll on their mental health, leading to issues like stress, anxiety, and depression. In recent years, mental health problems among students have become a growing concern, with an increasing number of young people seeking help for various mental health issues.
The mental health of students is a critical issue that deserves the attention of educators, parents, and policymakers. A supportive and inclusive school environment can help students build resilience, foster healthy coping mechanisms, and improve their overall mental well-being. Furthermore, providing access to mental health resources and support services can ensure that students receive the help they need when they need it.
