As she sipped her morning coffee, she reflected on her journey as an entrepreneur. The past few days had been a whirlwind of meetings, events, and networking opportunities. She had shared her ideas, showcased her creativity, and built relationships that would last a lifetime.
But it wasn’t just about the business – it was about the people she had met, the students she had mentored, and the community she had served. She thought about the women she had inspired, the ones who had told her that her story had given them the courage to pursue their own dreams.

She remembered the early days, when she was just starting out, juggling multiple roles and wearing many hats. The struggles, the setbacks, the doubts – but also the triumphs, the breakthroughs, and the moments of pure joy.
As she looked out the window, she smiled. This was what entrepreneurship was all about – building something meaningful, something that would outlast her. It was about leaving a mark, making a difference, and uplifting others along the way.
Every year on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the strength, vision, and resilience of women across the world. Among them are women entrepreneurs who constantly redefine leadership, creativity, and impact.

In my educative sessions, I am often asked a question: What is the life of an entrepreneur really like?
Another common question is: What is the difference between business and entrepreneurship?
A business may focus on transactions and operations, but entrepreneurship is about vision, innovation, relationships, and impact. It is about building something meaningful while constantly evolving.
Here is a glimpse of any random week for a woman entrepreneur:
Meetings and calls — texting, planning, and working on laptop, managing calls. The screens !
Events — sharing ideas and experiences
Networking — meeting inspiring people and exchanging possibilities
Exhibiting — showcasing creativity and innovation
Building relationships — the true foundation of entrepreneurship
Chilling out — because balance matters
Lectures — mentoring and sharing knowledge
Honours and rewards — moments of gratitude and recognition
Juggling — managing multiple roles with passion
Me time — pausing to reflect and recharge
Service — giving back to the community
Time for fitness and health — nurturing the body and mind
Content creation — shaping ideas into stories and insights
Designing — bringing creativity to life
Behind the scenes — planning, strategy, and silent hard work
And yes… people often say I have “more than 100 children” — the many students, mentees, and young minds I guide along the way.
“Entrepreneurship is not just about building enterprises. It is about building people, possibilities, and purpose.”

Here’s to women who lead with courage, create with passion, and uplift others along the way.
She raised her cup in a silent toast – to women who lead with courage, create with passion, and uplift others along the way. Cheers to the power packed women!
