12 year-old Leroy Sibal is a young Social Entrepreneur who through his innovative initiatives creates opportunities to support the underprivileged children. With a passion for making a meaningful impact, he actively works towards fostering positive change in society.

Recently held in Delhi at Academy of Fine Arts and Literature, Siri Fort Institutional Area was the Debut Solo Origami Art Exhibition of Leroy Sibal – The concept Artist titled his Exhibition “Mythological Past V/S Fictional Future” showcasing Artworks highlighting mythological past and contrasting it with the Fictional Future from Leroy’s imagination.

Through his Exhibition Leroy envisioned, with his charitable efforts, to raise funds and support for the under privileged children who cannot afford Education.
The Exhibition was a Grand Success which included about 50+ Origami Artworks which were highly applauded and admired by all.
“The Golden Garuda” was the Masterpiece alongside the Show Stoppers which included The Medieval Dragon, The Pegasus, The FTL (Faster than Light) Jet, The Levitating Tower, Transforming Pyramid among others.
The other highlight of the Exhibit was “Failed Attempts” – One of the most Interesting and Important Aspects of the Exhibit, appreciated by all. – A number of Artworks on display were part of Failed Attempts showcasing Leroy’s journey where he went through several failures to achieve the goal of setting up the Exhibition.

Leroy quotes “During the entire process of setting up the Artworks, my journey went through a lot of Attempts and Failures which made me realize that to reach your goal you have to be Consistent and Committed as failure is a part of the Journey to Success. It was also very interesting as I didn’t get Bored or Angry when an artwork didn’t come out in accordance to my level of satisfaction; hence I kept attempting again and again until I felt satisfied with my Artwork”.
Leroy meticulously designed and crafted his Artworks to perfection which gained him the appreciation of Hon’ble Director General of the National Gallery of Modern Art, Ministry of Culture, Government of India -Dr Sanjeev Kishore Goutam as seen Accepting and Appreciating Leroy’s Artwork at his office – National Gallery of Modern Art – New Delhi.
Leroy quotes “We had a great conversation as he extended his best wishes to me for the Exhibit, he was very encouraging too and admired my keenness to Exhibit my Artworks while giving me the Title of Professional Origamist.”
The Inaugural address by Chief Guest, Hon’ble Judge & President District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Delhi, Smt Sonica Mehrotra said that children like Leroy will make India proud one day as she applauded Leroy’s vision in putting up the Exhibition to support his cause and help the under privileged children.
Leroy’s Masterpiece “The Golden Garuda” is now in the private collection of Maharani Smt Ratna Singh at her Palace in Uttar Pradesh, among the other notable people who came forward to Support the cause of the Exhibition.
In 2023, at age 10, Leroy’s 1st charitable initiative to support the underprivilege children was the launch of his FWL Experiential Classes to teach origami, paper planes as well as the physics behind them and “yo-yo” tricks. Apart from Children similar to his background Leroy also engaged, interacted and taught 100 + under privileged street children who couldn’t afford education while also providing Study Material to them.
Leroy for the same was also featured on Aaj Tak News Channel and others, he also met and was appreciated by Hon’ble Governor of Haryana’s for his efforts and inspiring other children and working for the cause to support under privileged children at such a young age.
His very early achievement – In 2019 at the age of 7, Leroy was invited by Times of India to create Educational Episodes on COVID-19 safety for children among other episodes that he did with TOI. And at Age 8 – in 2021, Leroy set a world Record of making World’s Smallest Origami Paper Swan at RecordSetter USA.
In 2024 Leroy was invited to speak on Navigating Distraction and Staying Focused at Sharda University at Rising Stars Conclave where he was awarded by the Dean of Sharda University & Founder of Film City Noida & Chairperson – Punjab Kesri for his exceptional journey of Entrepreneurship and creating a positive impact in Society at such a young age as he spoke upon Navigating Distraction and Staying Focused.
In 2025, most recently at The ASI Children’s Museum, established by the Archaeological Survey of Inda, Leroy delivered a talk to 100 + Govt. School Children of grade 6 to grade 12. Leroy spoke on the subject of “Achieving your Goal” taking example of his recent Origami Exhibition incorporating “Developing Focus to achieve Success”. He emphasised in his talk that until we don’t commit to our goal and don’t develop complete focus towards reaching our goals, we won’t be able to achieve success. And focusing with dedication and commitment are the key essential ingredients to achieve our goals.
Leroy as a young Entrepreneur, Concept Artist and an Avid Speaker continues to inspire others through his innovative initiatives while creating a positive impact in society.
