After completing her Bachelor of Arts, Ms. Oberoi began her career in the banking sector, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and operational discipline. In 2007, she transitioned into the hospitality industry, a move that would shape the course of her professional journey and allow her to combine her people-centric approach with her passion for service excellence.
Her hospitality career began at The Oberoi Amarvilas, where she worked closely with the leadership team and gained valuable exposure to luxury hospitality operations and guest engagement. Over the years, she further expanded her experience with leading hospitality brands including Radisson Blu Hotel, Clarks Shiraz, Courtyard by Marriott Agra, and DoubleTree by Hilton. Through these roles, she gained cross-functional exposure across administration, operations, guest relations, and marketing, building a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality ecosystem.
Currently, Ms. Oberoi serves as the Marketing Manager at Holiday Inn Agra MG Road, where she leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with the hotel’s business objectives. In this role, she oversees brand visibility across both digital and traditional marketing platforms, plans promotional campaigns and events, manages social media growth, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance guest engagement and brand recognition.

Through consistent content creation and targeted marketing initiatives, the hotel’s Instagram community saw significant growth over the year. One of her most successful campaigns included a social media reel that gained remarkable visibility, reached a large audience, and generated many new followers, earning recognition across the IMEA region during internal marketing webinars.
Her contributions to the hospitality industry have been recognized through several prestigious accolades, including Manager of the Quarter (twice) and the IHHC-IIHM International Hospitality Day Award for Best Marketing Manager. She was also honored as the ‘Marketing & PR Champion’ of the Year at the Indian Hospitality Excellence Awards, reflecting her dedication to innovation and brand excellence.
