Amandeep Kaur started her journey at the age of 16 when she used to tutor children to polish her learning skills. She has always had a knack for fashion design, so while pursuing her graduation in English from the University of Delhi, she did an Advanced Diploma in Fashion Designing. She has completed her Master of Arts in English. Since then, she has worked with top designers, organized various fashion shows, completed multiple projects for top manufacturing houses and so on. With all the accumulated experience, Amandeep Kaur started her own venture by the name of “Shal”.
It was a successful manufacturing and designer house that dealt with a fusion of traditional and western women’s wear. After owning and successfully running her own business, she expanded her horizon by enrolling in a Master’s in Internet Marketing, after which she worked in media and news agencies. Leaving no stone unturned, she established herself as a Certified International Business Coach. Currently, she is the Founder of Point of View Global, a digital media agency. She has collaborated with industry experts, bureaucrats, leaders, celebrities, business tycoons, etc. Recently, she collaborated with Selin Club (a complete portal for empowering educators worldwide) as Chapter Director.
Through her corporate training and lectures on entrepreneurship, sales, digital marketing, leadership, growth mindset, emotional intelligence, etc, she has impacted 5-6 startups, 100+ individuals, and 15+ companies. She has been awarded with various laurels in categories of Motivational Speaker, Business Coach, Entrepreneurship, etc. Along with this, she works as a philanthropist in Naari Shakti Women Empower (NSWE) Ngo, where she plays a prominent role and carries out various social welfare initiatives. As Amandeep Kaur believes in “It’s not about earning a living, but it is about designing a life”, she strives to work for the advancement of herself as well as everything around her. Continuing her passion for learning and exploring, Amandeep Kaur will soon be starting her PhD degree. She is encapsulating her entire journey in a book which is in pipelines that will provide a roadmap to individuals for kickstarting their success journeys.
